What data we process
- Browsing data. Like any website, the systems hosting it record in technical logs some data whose transmission is inherent in using the internet (IP address, time, page requested, browser). This data is used only to run the site, keep it secure, and produce anonymous aggregate statistics; it is not used to identify you. Hosting provider: Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, California, United States), which processes it as a data processor under its own data processing addendum. This data may also be processed outside the European Union: such transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (implementing decision 2021/914) and by Cloudflare’s adherence to the Data Privacy Framework.
- Data you send us. If you contact us by email or phone, we process the address, the number, and the content of the message. The form on the Contact page sends nothing to our servers: it composes an email in your own email app, and the data leaves only when you decide to send it.
- Reading statistics. To know which pages get read we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, from the same provider that hosts the site. It counts pages opened without cookies and without writing anything in your browser: there is no identifier that follows you from one visit to the next, or from one site to another. It collects the page requested, the country, the browser and device type, and where the link came from. It does not make it possible to trace you.
- No profiling. The site builds no profiles, runs no advertising and sells data to no one.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your requests and manage the contacts you initiate (Art. 6.1.b - pre-contractual measures; Art. 6.1.f - legitimate interest in responding).
- To comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
- To establish or defend a legal claim (Art. 6.1.f).
Providing your data is optional: without your contact details, we simply can't reply.
The videos
Since September 2026 the site's films are hosted by us, on storage held by Field A1 at Cloudflare, and no longer on YouTube. Watching a video contacts no third-party company and sends no data to Google.
What is still processed are only the technical data needed to deliver the file, the same as for any page you open: IP address, browser type, time of the request. Cloudflare handles this as our data processor. Details are in the cookie policy.
If you send us a CV
Applications reaching info@fielda1.com are read and kept for as long as it takes to consider them, and in any case no longer than twelve months, unless you ask us to keep them longer. They stay inside the studio and serve that purpose alone. To have them deleted sooner, just write to us.
Who your data may go to
We do not disclose your data. It may be processed on our behalf, with the safeguards of Art. 28 GDPR, by the technical providers that run the site and our email: Cloudflare (site publishing and video storage) and Google Workspace (email), and, where necessary, by professional advisors bound by confidentiality.
Defending a right
Your data may be used by us, or by those assisting us, to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, and may be disclosed to the authorities where the law requires it. In those cases the basis for processing is our legitimate interest or a legal obligation (Art. 6 GDPR).
How long we keep it
Contact data for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up; technical logs for the hosting provider's standard retention periods; whatever is relevant for accounting or legal purposes, for the terms set by law.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and portability (Arts. 15-21 GDPR), and you can withdraw any consent you have given. Just write to info@fielda1.com. If you believe the processing violates the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
